Kindly let us also know your check in and check out times to ensure your most ideal time of treatment.

We recommend you to make your reservation well in advance to ensure the requested treatments. We will get back to you within two working days. Spa treatment reservations for arrivals in less than two weeks, please kindly book by phone. 

Your final treatment time will be stated in the Spa reservation form, which you will receive when checking in at the hotel. If you request a certain treatment time, please inform us in advance. 

Cancelations are free of charge only if the cancelation is made latest two days before the booked time. Spa treatment cancelations for groups according to separate conditions, please request.
