Hotelli Haikon Kartano

Porvoossa sijaitseva Hotelli Haikon Kartano on Vuoristo Yhtiöiden omistuksessa tarjonnut jo vuodesta 1965 asiakkailleen hyvää ruokaa, hemmottelevia kylpylähoitoja, loistavaa palvelua ja unohtumattomia elämyksiä.

Liiketoimintamme käsittää majoitus-, kokous-, ravintola- ja kylpyläpalvelut. Hotelliimme voi majoittua yli 400 henkilöä, samoin kokoustilamme käsittää yhden salin 400:lle ja lukuisia pienempiä kokoustiloja. Kartanon erilaisiin saleihin ja kabinetteihin mahtuu ruokailemaan yhtä aikaa noin 400 henkilöä ja meren rannan tilaushuvila Villa Haikkoon noin 200. Näiden lisäksi iltaravintola Kartanon Klubi ja kylpylän Spa Cafe palvelevat asiakkaitamme.

Ravintolatoimintamme on erittäin laajaa: Kokouslounaasta presidenttitason banquetti-illallisiin ja suurista häistä yksittäisten hemmottelua haluavien aikuisten viikonloppuihin.

Are you the first Butler* in Finland?

Haikko Manor & Spa is the leading conference hotel in Finland and the oldest Manor House hotel in the country. Our customers have chosen us - mainly based on high level service - 10 times the best conference hotel in Finland, and we have won several international awards. The historic main building will open its doors after a comprehensive room renovation on May 1st, 2013 with unique Butler Service concept. Would you be the one in our team?

You’ll be
- Welcoming and guiding the customers
- Up-selling room and restaurant products to customers
- Hosting the historic Manor house lounge area
- Handling the front office routines (check-in/out) for 24 Manor rooms
- Having basic bartender skills

We require
- Outstanding, sales minded customer service attitude with sincere smiling care
- An appropriate education and knowledge on restaurant and/or hotel operations (knowledge of Micros/Opera–system would be an advantage)
- Work experience abroad or in an international hotel/restaurant/cruise ship would be an advantage
- Excellent language skills
- Enthusiasm and self-initiative to develop this new concept, sharing your own skills to the Butler team

*A butler is a domestic worker in a large household. In great houses, the household is sometimes divided into departments with the butler in charge of the dining room, wine cellar, and pantry. Some also have charge of the entire parlor floor, and housekeepers caring for the entire house and its appearance.
The precise duties of the employee will vary to some extent in line with the title given, but perhaps more importantly in line with the requirements of the individual employer.
