Winter Food & Wine Fest fills the magnificent setting of Kartano & Spa Hotel Haikko with four days of unforgettable experiences! In collaboration with Viinilehti and Decanter, the event brings together food and wine enthusiasts, industry experts, and culinary artists to the wintry seaside ambiance of Haikko. The event is perfect for conference guests, client events, as well as private weekend packages.
Enjoy meals prepared by top chefs, quality wines, and entertaining programs led by favorite hosts Janne Kataja, Hanna Sumari, and Teresa Välimäki - and relax in the spa, yoga, or sound bowl therapy. Winter Food & Wine Fest Dinner – a celebration of flavors by the sea
The most delicious experience of winter awaits in Haikko! During the four-day Winter Food & Wine Fest event, the tables of the atmospheric Villa Haikko by the sea will be served with exquisite creations by master chefs, enjoyed with sophisticated wines. Surprise your senses and experience four wines from Riedel glasses!
Come and experience how the glass affects the taste and aroma of wine! In a tasting of four wines, Riedel Veloce series glasses are used, designed to bring out every nuance of the wine. Riedel is an Austrian company with a long history, the world's most prestigious wine glass manufacturer. The wine glasses are designed and manufactured entirely based on the characteristics of the drink. Riedel glasses are imported to Finland by Decanter Oy.
Riedel wine tasting will be held on Thursday 5.2. and Friday 6.2. from 18.00 to 19.00. The tasting in Finnish lasts about an hour and will be led by Marjaana Siljander, glass expert from Decanter Oy. Join us for a unique tasting experience and notice how the right glass can completely change the character of the wine. Limited spots available, so make sure to secure your spot in time!

Viinilehti Wine Awards Gala 7.2. – the highlight of Saturday evening
Saturday evening culminates in the elegant Viinilehti Wine Awards Gala, where the best wines and taste experiences of 2025 are celebrated. The evening will be hosted by Teresa Välimäki, and guests will enjoy a five-course gala dinner paired with the winning wines. Behind the menu are top chefs Ismo Sipeläinen, Tero Mäntykangas, and Marco Wilen. The gala dinner will be served by the sea at Villa Haikko, and the evening will end with a spectacular fire show.

Winter Food & Wine Fest is the perfect opportunity to combine an inspiring event day with a successful corporate event! Haikko's versatile meeting services and facilities provide excellent settings for team days, networking events, and client meetings.
The spa hotel's congress center, the atmospheric private villa Villa Haikko, and the seaside saunas enable various events from small meetings to gatherings of up to 400 people.
