When can I check-in and when should I check-out?

Check-In

Note! Haikko has two separate hotel buildings, each with own reception. Please check-in in the Spa Hotel reception if you have booked a room there. If your room is in the Manor Hotel the butler will help you to check-in in the Manor Hotel reception.

You can check-in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room until your check-in. In case you room is ready earlier you may check-in before 15:00.

For early check.in requests, please contact our reception latest on the day before your arrival. Please note, early check-in may cause an extra charge. 

Check-Out

Your hotel room is at your disposal till 12.00 noon on your departure day. If you wish to check-out later, please contact the reception. 

Please note, late check-out must be confirmed by the hotel and there will be an extra charge of 28 €. Contact the hotel prior to your arrival or latest on your departure morning.

 

Green tips in hotel rooms

• Please leave newspapers and magazines on the table to be sorted.
• Only mixed waste in to the waste basket, thank you.
• Collection points of biowaste,  bottles, cans, batteries and metal are located in the corridor near the reception.
 
Housekeeping information
At Haikko we strive for sustainable development to save our environment.
Therefore your room will be cleaned after second night. In case you want the cleaning to be done earlier, please inform the front desk on the day of arrival or latest by 10 a.m. the next morning.
Towels can be changed at the reception.
