Yoga Break includes one Spa visit, please choose your best visiting time and NOTE that the visit must be booked online in advance. The programme below has a suggested timeline for your spa visit marked with an asterisk*.

The fresh and versatile salad buffet and soup of the day in the Spa Lounge & Cafe includes in addition to green salad ingredients, some of the season's best ingredients, e.g. fish and chicken based products.Also includes freshly baked bread and spreads, coffee or tea. Special diets can be provided.
Gentle Flow Yoga combines asanas that strengthens your body, flexibility and mobility. Also meditation and breathing exercises. Yoga will relax and balance your body and mind. It also improves your concentration skills. Yoga is a great way of taking care of your wellbeing in the middle of your busy life. It suits well for beginners and for those "not so flexible".
