Yoga Breaks suit well for those with some previous yoga experience, but also for beginners. Doing and being together is a great weekend programme for couples! Please wear stretching clothes and bring your own yoga mat and fleece blanket.

1. DAY

  • 15.00-16.45 check-in, your own programme, possibility for spa treatments (at extra charge)
  • 17.00-18.30 yoga exercise in the Spa Hotel
  • 18.30-21.00 fresh, versatile salad buffet and soup of the day in the Spa Bistro & Cafe
  • 20.00- spa visit (1,5h)*
  • sleep well

 

2. DAY

  • 07.00-09.30 breakfast in the Manor Restaurant
  • 10.00-11.30 yoga exercise in the Spa Hotel
  • 12.00 check-out
  • 12.30-14.00 spa visit (1,5h)*, possibility for spa treatments (at extra charge)

 

The fresh and versatile salad buffet and soup of the day in the Spa Bistro & Cafe includes various green salads, salmon salad, smoked tofu, pickled vegetables, roasted root vegetables pasta salad, quinoa/couscous salad, olives, beans, chicken, cheese and fruits as well as soup fo the day, freshly baked bread and spreads, coffee or tea.


Gentle Flow Yoga combines asanas that strengthens your body, flexibility and mobility. Also meditation and breathing exercises. Yoga will relax and balance your body and mind. It also improves your concentration skills. Yoga is a great way of taking care of your wellbeing in the middle of your busy life. It suits well for beginners and for those "not so flexible".
