We have transferred our website to a new platform and refreshed the visual appearance.

The renewal follows the e-commerce renewal released on 2.1.2025. The updates have been made to better serve our customers in digital channels as well.

Good to know:

  • Haikko's website address is still www.haikko.fi. Booking takes place at www.laplandhotels.com, where the transition from Haikko's site has been made seamless.

  • Lapland Hotels Club is also Haikko's customer loyalty program, offering various benefits to members. For example, guests receive a €10 discount coupon for Haikko's restaurants. Other benefits include reward nights redeemable with points.

  • Points can be accumulated not only at Haikko but also at all Lapland Hotels chain hotels.
