Booking reward nights and room upgrades
You can book reward nights while logged into the club at the laplandhotels.com online store, through our sales service, or directly at the hotel. For room upgrades with points, please contact the hotel directly.
Using reward vouchers
To redeem a reward voucher, send an email to myynti@laplandhotels.com, and you will receive the voucher in your email within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Reward vouchers are valid for one year from the date of redemption.
