Gift card terms and conditions
The Haikko gift card does not entitle to Lapland Hotels Club points or membership benefits. The Haikko gift card can only be used as a means of payment at Haikko.
Note: Lapland Hotels' open gift card also works as a payment method at Haikko.
Buying and paying for a gift card
The gift card is paid in advance in the online store, which accepts the most common credit cards and Finnish payment cards (payment service provided by Paytrail Oyj).
Gift card purchases have a 14-day exchange and return policy.
Delivery of gift card
The gift card will be delivered via email in PDF format and delivery is free.
Pick-up from Haikko: €10 additional fee will be charged for paper gift cards, including colored A4 printing paper and gift card envelope, collected from the reception of Haikko Spa Hotel.
Gift card validity
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase OR for the campaign period mentioned on the gift card and you can find the exact date on your gift card
The services mentioned in the gift card are only available during the validity period of the gift card
If your accommodation gift card is valid until, for example, 15.6.2025, it must be used by that date.
The validity period of a gift card cannot be extended, and an expired gift card cannot be used for Haikko services anymore
Lost gift cards will not be replaced
Booking with a gift card
You can make accommodation gift card reservations directly in the online store according to the instructions on the gift card above
When using an open Haikko gift card or spa gift card, please provide your gift card number when making a room, table, or treatment reservation
Present your gift card upon arrival at Haikko either on your phone or hand it over printed before using the service.
Gift card as a payment method
The gift card can be used as payment for the services mentioned on the gift card. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or for other services. A new gift card cannot be purchased with the gift card.
Any additional charges mentioned in the gift card will be paid on-site at the hotel
