If you find a lower price on another website than what we offer to Lapland Hotels Club members on our website, take a screenshot and save the details. Terms for the best rate guarantee
To take advantage of the Lapland Hotels Club member rate, the guest must personally be a member of Lapland Hotels Club. In addition, the member rate may be applied to a second room only if it is occupied by persons under 18 who live in the same household.
The better price found must be for the same room type, the same number of rooms and the same number of guests.
The better price found must have the same check-in and check-out dates.
The better price found must have the same currency and tax rate.
The terms of the better price found must be the same as on laplandhotels.com.
The booking corresponding to the better price found must have been made on laplandhotels.com before reporting it.
The best-price guarantee for the member rate does not apply to:
Promotional prices or prices that are not publicly available, such as corporate and travel agency contract rates, group and meeting rates, or loyalty discounts of booking channels.
Booking requests made through websites and applications where confirmation is received after a delay.
