Billing and payment methods
At Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko, you can use the following cards in addition to cash: regular bank cards, Visa/Euro/Master cards, and Amex. For payment of exercise classes, gym access, and spa visits, the following payment methods are also accepted: E-passi, Smartum, and Edenred.
Charging for group and corporate events according to terms and conditions. Invoicing after the event is possible for companies with a valid invoicing agreement with Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko. Our invoicing department always approves new invoicing agreements for our partners. Please send your company's invoicing details using the form below at least two weeks before your event so that we have time to process the matter.
Billing information and instructions
We have transitioned to electronic processing of purchase invoices, so we kindly request our partners to send e-invoices only in the future.
The invoice must include the name of the service/goods purchaser or other agreed reference.
Credit application for business customers
The attached credit application is intended for corporate customers. Please complete the application carefully. Once approved, the credit application is valid for one (1) year throughout the entire Lapland Hotels chain.
Buyer Information
Our standard credit limit is €1,000. If credit is granted, the recipient must comply with the payment terms currently in force at Lapland Hotels. A billing surcharge of €10 per invoice applies.
Failure to comply with the payment terms will result in the immediate loss of credit privileges, and the credit recipient will be required to pay the applicable late payment interest and collection fees as determined by Lapland Hotels.
The processing time for the application is 1–3 business days, after which we will inform the applicant of the decision. The credit application processor has the right to check the applicant company's information from a credit information service.
