9:00–10:00 Hotel Breakfast at the Mansion

The day starts with a hearty mansion breakfast. The breakfast includes among others:

10:00–11:30 Haikko Games

After breakfast, the program includes relaxed team building games in the Mansion's park. The competition includes 5–8 playful events depending on the group size. The events emphasize communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, e.g.

• giant puzzle

• number task

• various accuracy and relay tasks

After the competitions, the best team will be rewarded! Additionally, after the competitions, the group has access to park games on their own:

• mölkky

• pétanque

• croquet

Tip: After the games, you might get hungry - add a departure lunch at the Mansion to the refreshment day!

Exercise and relaxation day

10:00–11:00 Guided activity

Choose one of the activities for a group of 15–25 people. For groups over 25 people, you get both programs.

• Haikko Balance: slow and controlled movements develop the cooperation of body and mind. Influences from Pilates and yoga. Final relaxation.

• Pump: muscle fitness class aimed at muscle endurance and strengthening.

11:30–12:30 Lunch of the day at the manor

Delicious lunch includes:

• starter

• main course

• lunch coffee

• a small sweet

13:00–14:00 Beanbag relaxation

Take a break – our leader will guide you into the world of relaxation through speech. You decide the level and depth of relaxation.

13:00–14:00 Manor lunch

The day starts with a delicious manor lunch. The lunch includes:

14:00–15:00 Independent games, competitions and outdoor activities

• frisbee golf on a 9-hole course, incl. equipment and scorecard

• park games: mölkky, pétanque and croquet

• walk to the scenic cliff or an independent walk in the nearby terrain

Opportunity to choose pampering spa treatments at Relax Center (extra charge), e.g. various facial and massage treatments. Explore the options.

15:00–16:30 Spa visit (1.5 hours)

Dip into the spa pools to relax and enjoy the gentle sauna steam. The spa visit includes a towel and bathrobe.

The spa hotel's congress center, the private villa Villa Haikko, and the seaside saunas offer excellent facilities and high-quality spaces for various corporate events. The largest space is suitable for events of up to 400 people!

Accommodation for business travelers or as part of a meeting package - we make an offer according to your needs! In Haikko, there is accommodation capacity for up to 400 people. Accommodation always includes a manor breakfast, access to the spa and gym, as well as free parking.

Activities

Haikko is located in the middle of a beautiful seaside park, making it easy to organize exciting additional activities alongside the meeting. The meeting day can be continued with sports activities in the gym, on the jogging trail, or in various team-building fun team competitions, or even with a wine tasting. For relaxation, there are spa pools and saunas as well as indulgent treatments.

Accommodating meeting

In an accommodating meeting, there is a suitable meeting room for your event from the congress center, coffee services, manor lunches, and comfortable hotel rooms. You can easily combine dinner, side programs, and experiences with the meeting.

The hotel has a total of 212 rooms, of which there are 27 rooms in the Manor building and 185 rooms in the spa hotel. The Manor rooms offer an elegant environment even for the most demanding business traveler.
