Travelling with a pet?

Pets are welcome to stay with you during your visit to Haikko. Please make sure to reserve a pet-friendly room in advance, as availability is limited.

Pets are welcome in our Spa Standard Double and Premium Twin room types. The number of pet-friendly rooms is limited.

Pet fee €30 per stay (1–2 pets per room)

The pet fee is charged per stay and includes cleaning, as well as a treat, a water bowl and a pet towel for use during your visit.

Adding a pet to your reservation

Online booking

When booking through our online store, you can add a pet to your reservation as an additional service after selecting a room, provided you have chosen a room type where pets are allowed.

Contact the hotel directly

You can also reserve a pet-friendly room by contacting the hotel reception by phone or email.

Pets are welcome in our restaurants

Pets are welcome in all restaurants at Haikko. Enjoy a meal together with your pet in both the spa hotel's restaurants and the Manor restaurants.

The Lobby Bar is located next to the spa hotel's reception and is open daily from morning until evening. It offers a wide selection of beers, sparkling wines, wines, coffee, snacks and soft drinks.

During the summer season, you and your pet are also welcome to relax on the Manor's cosy summer terrace.

Tips for traveling with a pet

Please hang the pet sign on your door when you arrive in the room
Please make sure that your pet is comfortable in the room and does not disturb others, even if it spends some time alone
Please leave your contact information at the reception in case your pet is left alone in the room, so we can contact you if your pet is in need of emergency assistance
If you wish for cleaning during your visit, please arrange the cleaning time separately at the reception
Pets, just like us humans, can sometimes have accidents. If this happens during your visit, please contact the hotel reception as soon as possible.
