Competition rules

1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of the competition is Kartano & Kylpylähotelli Haikko (Hotel Haikko Ltd), Haikkoontie 114, 06400 Porvoo (hereinafter referred to as "the organizer" in this text).

2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
All natural persons residing in Finland who are 18 years of age or older can participate in the draw. Those under 18 years of age need parental consent to participate. However, employees of the companies involved in the organization of this draw and their family members are not eligible to participate.

3. CONDUCTING THE LOTTERY
The draw will be conducted on the day specified in the competition among all those who have commented and liked.

4. AWARDS
Among the participants, one night hotel stay with breakfast and access to the spa for two people chosen by the winner at the time and room type specified in the competition OR a spa gift card OR another prize mentioned in the draw will be raffled. The prize or any part of it cannot be exchanged or converted into cash. The winner can upgrade the prize to a higher room category or more expensive treatment for an additional fee. The prize will only be delivered to an address located in Finland. The winners will be notified of the win both in the competition publication and personally via private message on Facebook, Instagram, or another social media platform. If the winner cannot be reached within two weeks of the announcement of the win, the draw may be conducted again.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION
By participating in the lottery, the participant grants the organizer the right to publish their name in their own channels without separate consent or compensation. Personal data provided in connection with the lottery will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection law. Personal data will not be collected in a register, but will remain visible in connection with the public announcement of the competition. Registration is not required to claim the prize or participate in the lottery.

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
The organizer is not responsible for any possible telecommunications-related issues (such as interruptions) in connection with participating in the draw, nor for lost entries resulting from them. The organizer is not liable for damages or expenses arising from participation or claiming and using the prize. The organizer is not obliged to compensate if the winners are unable to use the prizes themselves. The organizer will pay the statutory lottery taxes on the prizes.

7. OTHER TERMS
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify individuals from the draw who have violated these rules or are suspected of using dishonest means to participate. It is particularly important to note that the draw is not sponsored, endorsed, managed, or in any way associated with Meta or similar media. Participants provide their information solely for the organizer's use, not Meta's or similar media's.

The organizer of the competition reserves the right to make changes to the rules.
