Cryotherapy refreshes, promotes good sleep, provides relief for various joint and muscle pains, stress symptoms, and skin problems, and speeds up recovery after physical exercise. The end result is overall relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Cryotherapy is well tolerated, but it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have heart disease, cold allergy, or untreated high blood pressure, please consult with your doctor first about the suitability of the treatment.

How is cryotherapy done?

The extreme cold treatment takes place under the supervision of the nursing staff in a -120-degree cabin, also known as a cold chamber. The treatment time is 1-3 minutes, and one can exit the chamber earlier if desired. Participants should wear their own swimwear and remove watches and jewelry during the treatment. The skin and hair should be dry, so please schedule the treatment before visiting the spa! We provide wool socks, felt slippers, and mittens for your use.
