Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko

The hotel has two receptions: one in the Spa Hotel and one in the Manor Hotel. The Spa Hotel has its own reception for guests staying in the Spa Hotel. Similarly, the Manor Hotel's own reception serves guests staying in the Manor. The Manor Hotel reception is open limited hours.

Check-in

You can check in from 15.00 onwards. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the hotel's luggage storage until your room is ready. If the room is ready before 15.00, you may be able to access your room before the official check-in time.

If you wish to arrange an early check-in in advance, please contact the reception the night before. Please note that an additional fee may apply for early room availability.

Check-out

The room is available until 12.00 on the day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 12.00, please contact the hotel.

Please note that late check-out incurs an extra charge €30 and must be confirmed by the hotel. Therefore, please contact the hotel the night before your arrival or at the latest on the morning of departure.

In Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko's restaurants in Porvoo, you can always enjoy delicious experiences from morning till night. Genuine, heartfelt service and good wines selected by Haikko's wine team complement the enjoyment.

Haikko's food philosophy is based on Nordic cuisine, Finnish ingredients, and locally sourced food. Seasonal ingredients, game, and wild fish from a local fisherman form the basis of our delicious menus. Sustainable practices and the use of local food are the cornerstones of our kitchen.

Manor breakfast is available every day of the week and is always included in the accommodation price.

You are welcome to enjoy breakfast even without staying at the hotel, in which case we recommend booking a table in advance. Breakfast price is €37 per person, children 4–12 years €18.50 per person and under 4 years olds free of charge.

At Haikko, you don't have to worry about parking – the hotel has a large free parking area!

By car to Haikko

The hotel has a large parking area, which is free for our hotel and restaurant guests. Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko's new paid electric car charging stations are now also available! As an active pioneer in sustainable development, Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko has increased the number of its charging stations.

You can easily find your way to Haikko by following the signs of Haikko Manor, which guide you from the nearby motorway E18 to the hotel.

Electric car charging

• There are eight paid electric car charging points in the spa hotel's parking area. Charging points cannot be reserved in advance.

• Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko and Porvoon Energia offer your car Eco-electricity certified by the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation. Charging at Haikko costs €0.35 per kilowatt-hour + €0.10 per hour. The hourly charge of €0.10 continues as long as the car is connected to the charging point.

• User authentication is done through Virta Global or several common charging apps (e.g. Fortum). After connecting the charging cable, the charging point verifies the condition and safety of the charging circuit and starts charging at 22 kW.

• We kindly ask our customers to move their cars from the charging point as soon as the charging is complete.

By own camper or caravan

With a caravan or motorhome to Haikko

The Haikko parking area is intended for customers using the hotel's services. When you arrive, inform the hotel reception about your overnight stay in the motorhome, where you can pay and receive a permit for overnight stay.

• You can park your caravan in the hotel's large parking area. There are no designated caravan spots in the parking area.

• Staying in a caravan or motorhome: €55 / night / person, children 4–12 years old -50%.
  The price includes breakfast, a visit to the spa (1.5 h), and towel rental. Reservation in advance for the spa visit, book spa time.

• No separate charge for parking for day visitors, charge only for the use of the spa and restaurant services by day visitors.
  There are a few electric sockets in the parking area, which are also available for caravans or motorhomes if they are free (no advance reservation). You can get the key to the electric post from the spa hotel reception, price €10 per person.
  

By bus to Haikko

The bus journey from Helsinki bus station to Porvoo bus station takes about one hour. The distance from Porvoo city center to Haikko is 7 km, which can be easily covered by local bus or taxi.

Porvoo local bus
Bus number 1 departs from Porvoo city center, next to the bus station (the bus terminus is Tolkkinen). The bus stops at Haikkoontie in front of Haikko Manor entrance gate. The journey to Haikko takes about 15 minutes.

For boaters, there is a guest marina and a heliport in the area.

Haikko guest marina is intended for hotel customers using the services. When you arrive, inform the hotel reception about staying overnight on the boat, where you can pay and receive a permission slip for overnight stay.

Haikko guest marina

• Staying at Haikko guest marina: €55 / night / person, children 4–12 years -50%. The price includes breakfast, spa visit (1.5 h) and towel rental. Reservation required for the spa visit, book a spa visit.

• No separate charge for day visitors, charge only for the use of the spa and restaurant services by day visitors

• The guest marina is intended for smaller pleasure boats and cannot be reserved in advance

• The length of the pier is 27 meters and it has 6 buoy berths

• Possibility of side mooring on one side of the pier

• The depth is about 1.5 meters at the buoy and about 1 meter next to the pier when the water level is normal

• The boat dock is located next to Haikko's beach, where an outdoor shower with cold water is available in the summer

• Services at Haikko guest marina: power outlet (bring your own long power cord), summer toilets in the mansion park (about 200 m away) and in the hotel buildings. Hotel services (restaurants, terrace, cafe, spa, gym, bike rental, treatments, spa shop, etc.) are located about 500 m away.

• Various boater services such as refueling, water point, septic tank emptying, etc. can be obtained from the nearby Hamari guest marina, which is about 1 km away by water

By helicopter to Haikko

The most stylish way to arrive at Haikko is by helicopter – our heliport is located on the beautiful seaside! The field is intended for hotel customers using the services, and we ask you to inform our reception in advance about the use of the field.

From the airport to Haikko

We recommend coming from Helsinki–Vantaa airport to Haikko by taxi or rental car, travel time about 40 minutes. Unfortunately, there are no direct bus connections from the airport to Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko.

By bicycle to Haikko

If you come to Manor & Spa Hotel Haikko with your own bike, there are outdoor bike racks in front of the spa hotel and a locked bike storage inside the spa hotel. More information can be obtained from the spa hotel reception upon arrival.

Haikko Spa's pool area with its jacuzzis, sauna paths, and experience showers offers adults pleasures and relaxation in the midst of everyday life.

The spa is included in the room rate for hotel guests. Access to the spa is by appointment only. Age limit in the spa is 12 years after 18.00.

At Haikko's gym you can safely exercise. The gym offers a wide range of versatile and easy-to-use equipment for aerobic training such as two treadmills, three bikes, a rowing machine, and two crosstrainers. We also have a free barbell and a set of dumbbells.

Both hotel guests and local residents can exercise in the hotel's gym. The gym is included in the accommodation for hotel guests. Everyone is welcome to Haikko, regardless of age or fitness level! Prices and more information can be found here.

Extra Bed

Some of the double Premium Twin rooms at the Spa Hotel can be provided with an additional separate extra bed. There is a limited number of extra beds and orders are taken by phone. Inquire about availability by contacting customer service by phone.

• Extra bed for adults: €30/person/night in a Premium room and in other room categories extra bed/sofa bed €40/person/night (no extra bed available for standard rooms)

• Extra bed for children 4–12 years: -50% of adult price in the same room

• Children under 4 years old: free of charge in parents' room without their own bed, or upon reservation the possibility to get a travel cot for 0–3 year old.

Rooms for families and small groups (3-4 people)

The Spa Hotel has spacious Deluxe rooms with beds for four (double bed for 2 and sofa bed for 2). You can book a Spa Hotel Deluxe room directly online.

In addition, there are a few Standard Family rooms at the Spa Hotel (so-called connecting Combi rooms) for families with bed spaces for 4, as well as a few Classic rooms with sofa beds and Imperial rooms with sofa beds at the Manor Hotel. Room for guests with reduced mobility, accessibility

The Spa Hotel has one double Premium Twin room (separate beds, 2 x 90cm) for a hotel guest with reduced mobility, featuring so-called "adapted accessibility". Please note that there are thresholds in the bathroom sliding door and at the entrance of the hotel room. Reservations and more information about the room's equipment from customer service. Hotel room for travelers with pets

Our hotel offers pet-friendly Spa Standard Double and Spa Premium Twin rooms. Explore our room options on the accommodation page and learn more about travelling with your pet. As the number of pet-friendly rooms is limited, we recommend checking availability when making your reservation.
