If you are a member of the Lapland Hotels Club and your points do not appear in your member profile within four days of checking out from one of our hotels, you can contact us using this form. We will check and update the situation or get in touch if necessary.

If you are a Lapland Hotels Club member and your points are not showing in your member profile after staying at one of our hotels, you can contact us using this form. We will check and update the status or contact you if necessary.
Please note that registering points to a member's Lapland Hotels Club account may take two days from the check-out date. You may add points within 6 months of your stay.
