Haikko's versatile conference facilities in Porvoo offer excellent settings for meetings and events for up to 400 people. Haikko has over 20 different conference rooms, so there are spaces available for every need. The conference facilities at Haikko are located in the congress center connected to the spa hotel, in the seaside villa Villa Haikko, and in beach saunas.

The success of the meeting is ensured by a professional meeting service that assists on-site with all meeting arrangements. The meeting service takes care of the well-being of meeting clients, allowing you to focus on the meeting itself.

    Located by the sea, Haikko's beach saunas are perfect for relaxing at the end of the meeting day. During the spa maintenance break (2.–30.1.2026), Tupa saunas 1–2, as well as the warm jacuzzi, are freely available to our customers at no extra charge, so you can enjoy relaxing steam as part of your meeting day.

    Private saunas can be booked in advance for private use as follows:

    • Tupasaunas 1-2 (max 35 people) and warm jacuzzi (8 people) between 07–13 and 20–23

    • Tupasauna 3 (max. 16 people) every day between 07–23 (no jacuzzi)

    • Log sauna by the sea every day (recommended max. 12 people) except Sat and Sun between 09-11, when Tupasauna is available to all guests. From the log sauna, you can jump straight into the sea or ice hole with weather permitting

  • Ice swimming - the most invigorating experience of winter

    When the ice situation allows, in Haikko during winter, there is a possibility to take a dip in the ice hole. Experience a refreshing and energizing moment by the sea – ice swimming stimulates circulation, strengthens immunity, and increases the body's endorphin levels.

    After the cold moment, warm up in the sauna and let the alternating winter air and heat refresh your body and mind. A perfect way to experience the freshness of winter, increase well-being, and find new energy for everyday life.

Spa closed 2.–30.1.2026

Dear customer,

Our spa is closed from Fri 2.1. at 12:00 – to Fri 30.1.2026, and we will reopen on Sat 31.1. at 9:00. During this time, we are performing maintenance and upkeep work to continue serving you in a high-quality environment.

During the maintenance work, guests staying with us have access to the Tupasauna near the sea and a warm jacuzzi. The sauna is available every day 15–18. Sauna facilities are separate for men and women. Additionally, on weekends (Sat and Sun) 09–11, there is also a log sauna (mixed sauna), where you can take a dip in the sea for a swim.

Our other services are open as usual, and our staff is available to assist with any questions you may have. Warm thanks for your understanding – we are looking forward to welcoming you back to our spa!
